As a courtesy, our billing office can submit the claims for your procedure , however, you are ultimately responsible for all charges submitted to your insurance. If an issue arises with the processing of your claim, you may be asked to help by contacting your insurer.

Patients are expected to pay their copays, deductibles or coinsurance amounts prior to your surgery. You will receive a form on the day of your procedure of what the estimated balance may be.

In the event of an overpayment on your part, we will promptly refund the overpayment amount.
